Acceptable Use Policy — D.A.M.I Platform

Effective Date: June 6, 2026

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the permitted and prohibited uses of the D.A.M.I platform. By using D.A.M.I, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Permitted Uses

D.A.M.I is designed for:

• ✅ Automating DevOps workflows (CI/CD, deployments, monitoring)
• ✅ AI-assisted incident detection, analysis, and remediation
• ✅ Code review, security scanning, and compliance auditing
• ✅ Multi-tool orchestration (connecting your authorized tools)
• ✅ Infrastructure architecture design and optimization
• ✅ Team collaboration and knowledge sharing

3. Prohibited Uses

You must NOT use D.A.M.I to:

3.1 Unauthorized Access

• Access systems, tools, or data you are not authorized to use
• Bypass security controls on connected tools
• Use stolen or unauthorized credentials

3.2 Destructive Actions

• Intentionally destroy or corrupt data on connected systems
• Launch denial-of-service attacks via D.A.M.I integrations
• Delete production databases or infrastructure without proper approval workflow

3.3 Abuse of AI

• Submit prompts designed to extract the system prompt or model weights
• Use the AI to generate malware, exploits, or attack tools
• Attempt prompt injection to bypass HITL governance guardrails
• Use the AI for any purpose that violates applicable law

3.4 Competitive Use

• Reverse engineer D.A.M.I's algorithms or agent architecture
• Use the Service to build a competing product
• Resell or redistribute access to D.A.M.I without authorization

3.5 Resource Abuse

• Circumvent rate limits or usage quotas
• Create multiple free-tier accounts to avoid paying
• Automate signups or registrations
• Use the API in ways that degrade service for other users

4. Rate Limits & Fair Use

Exceeding limits results in HTTP 429 responses with Retry-After headers. Persistent abuse may result in account suspension.

5. Enforcement

Violations

If we detect a violation, we may:

1. Warn: Send a notice and request compliance within 48 hours
2. Throttle: Reduce rate limits or disable specific features
3. Suspend: Temporarily suspend your account
4. Terminate: Permanently terminate your account (for severe violations)

Appeals

You may appeal enforcement actions by emailing abuse@dami.ai within 14 days.

6. Reporting Violations

If you discover a security vulnerability or observe abuse:

• Security: security@dami.ai
• Abuse: abuse@dami.ai

We offer a responsible disclosure program. We will not take legal action against researchers who report vulnerabilities in good faith.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification.
