Terms of Service — D.A.M.I Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using D.A.M.I ("Service"), operated by D.A.M.I Technologies ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
D.A.M.I (DevOps Autonomous Multi-agent Intelligence) is an AI-powered SaaS platform that provides:
- Autonomous DevOps workflow orchestration
- CI/CD pipeline monitoring and self-healing
- Multi-tool integration via MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers
- AI-assisted incident management and root cause analysis
- Human-in-the-Loop governance for high-risk actions
3. Account Registration
3.1. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. 3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 3.3. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. 3.4. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
4.1. Free Tier: Limited usage, no credit card required, available indefinitely. 4.2. Paid Plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise): Billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. 4.3. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice. 4.4. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial subscription for annual plans. 4.5. Usage exceeding plan limits will be throttled (not charged) unless you upgrade.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use the Service to develop a competing product
- Share API keys with unauthorized parties
- Circumvent rate limits or usage quotas
- Submit malicious prompts designed to exploit AI agents
- Use the Service to perform destructive actions on third-party infrastructure without authorization
6. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property
6.1. Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to your data, code, configurations, and content processed through the Service. 6.2. Our Service: D.A.M.I, its agents, algorithms, UI, and documentation are the intellectual property of D.A.M.I Technologies. 6.3. AI Outputs: Outputs generated by D.A.M.I's AI agents (fixes, analyses, recommendations) belong to you. 6.4. No Training on Your Data: We do NOT use your code, logs, or data to train our AI models. All AI processing uses third-party LLM APIs (Google Vertex AI, etc.) configured with zero data retention.
7. Human-in-the-Loop Governance
7.1. High-risk actions (production deployments, database changes, infrastructure modifications) require explicit human approval before execution. 7.2. You are ultimately responsible for approving or rejecting actions proposed by D.A.M.I's AI agents. 7.3. D.A.M.I provides recommendations only; you assume responsibility for executing approved actions.
8. Third-Party Integrations
8.1. D.A.M.I connects to third-party tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, Slack, etc.) using credentials you provide. 8.2. You are responsible for ensuring you have authorization to connect these tools. 8.3. We encrypt all connector credentials at rest and in transit. 8.4. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party services.
9. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

SLA credits: If uptime falls below the target, affected customers receive service credits equal to 10x the downtime duration.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. 10.2. D.A.M.I Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. 10.3. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. 10.4. We are not liable for actions taken by AI agents that were explicitly approved by authorized users.
11. Data Retention & Deletion
11.1. Upon account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days. 11.2. Audit logs are retained for 90 days after account deletion for compliance purposes. 11.3. Backup copies are purged within 60 days of deletion request.
12. Termination
12.1. You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page. 12.2. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. 12.3. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases immediately.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your City], India.
